Why do i need to keep my bluetooth on to use ZipBy?

Keep your Bluetooth on—it’s like your magic wand for parking! With Bluetooth enabled, ZipBy can work its magic and communicate with the parking gates and doors, automatically opening gates and doors on command as you approach. No need to fumble with tickets or buttons—just cruise in and out, like a VIP!

How to remove credit card from my account?

Go to Payments in the hamburger menu > Payment types, and then select the credit card you wish to delete, then hit delete! your card will be delete permenantly.

How to extend my parking session?

To extend your parking session, open the active session card displayed on the ZipBy app homepage. Tap “Add More Time,” select the additional duration you need, then review and confirm your payment. Once completed, you’ll receive a separate receipt for the extended time.

How to resend a reciept of my session to my E-mail?

Open the ZipBy app and tap the hamburger menu, then select History. You’ll see a list of all your parking sessions—choose the session you need and tap Resend Receipt to have it sent again.
